Tonight's sermon, dear brethren was for the release of the DVD
which was duly released and last seen heading..........Sorry.

The Book of Riff: Chapter 3, Verse 6:

And lo, the congregation did gather for the momentous occasion.
Filing into the hallowed hall of The Mitre in a state of awe and reverence. ( work with me here).

And it came to pass that a great hush did descend upon the tumultuous crowd
as upon the word of the most unholy Mr Riff did they wait.

And then a deafening cacophony did rent the very air.................the preacher was among us.
Breath was held, people crossed themselves, some crossed each other. Anticipation hung in the air just like bricks don't.

And lo he spake, saying "ello you lot, fancy a boogie".   It was all too much.
Many amongst the throng did rush for conveniences, so were they moved.
Even some among the fabled Riff Raff ( typed in hushed tones) were seen to collapse to the floor ( that's afternoon drinking for you ).

The Boogie did flow and all therein, friend and stranger alike, did give praise. All bar one who had to leave to attend his sheep? ( we didn't like to ask )

Then at the anointed hour The Reverend Riff did hold aloft the carved plastic tablet  inscribed:  The Boogie Man DVD. And did Testify ( I had to get it in )
"Anyone want one?"   Whereupon a great rush for the crinkly paper in mummy's purse did ensue.
Many were able to cast off riches and embrace a life of poverty thanks to jules's sales technique.

And when all were satiated of their desires, the Boogie did end, and the preacher
showed the righteous the way to the fish and loaves.  The chip shop owner did rejoice.

Here endeth the lesson...............................
